On the ground floor, the living room boasts a new open plan kitchen, opening on a small lounge with sofa, flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, Play Station 3, iPod/MP3 dock. A large picture window opens on the large balcony with a wonderful south-east mountain view over the Peclet peak. The table, in raw granite, between the living room and kitchen, seats 6 to 8 people for convivial meals. The kitchen is fully fitted with new appliances: microwave, grill, new induction cooker, plenty serving dishes and cookware, raclette set and big silent dishwasher, traditional and Nespresso coffee maker.
The bathroom with bathtub is fully renovated. In the hallway, there is a separate WC with storage spaces opposite
Upstairs, 3 separate bedrooms with new beddings. Bedroom 1, without windows, boasts 2 bunk beds of 90 cm, Bedroom 2 boasts a double bed of 140 cm with LCD flat screen TV on the wall, Bedroom 3 is the parental with a double bed of 140 cm, LCD flat screen TV on the wall and mountain view. The ceiling is 1.79 m high. The bedrooms are separate by doors; Bedroom 2 has a staircase down to the living room.

10 m from the entrance you can already put your ski shoes on. Ski schools, particularly ESF (French ski school), are opposite the apartment, and the shops and amenities are all around: ski pass selling point, restaurants, bakery, shopping arcade, day nursery. 900sq.m spa is accessible by foot, with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Spas, tennis, squash courts, massages, games for children.
You will have an access to a renovated private ski room. The apartment is very calm as it is on the top floor, in one of the best areas of Val Thorens.

- the apartment is non-smoking
- Pets are not accepted
- The keys are to be removed from 05:00 pm on the day of your arrival and to return to 09:00 am at the time of your departure
